Kitchen exhaust cleaning, also known as hood cleaning, is about cleaning the grease from the ducts, hoods, fans, and vents in commercial kitchens. If not cleaned, these systems can collect so much grease that they become a risk for fires.
Pressure washing effectively removes grease and hard-to-clean deposits, reaching even tough spots in ducts and hoods with its strong hot water jet.
Mix 1/2 cup baking soda with 1/4 cup white vinegar to make a foamy cleaner. Use a sponge to spread it on the fan blades, housing, and filters. Wait 10-15 minutes for it to work. Then, softly scrub and wipe with a wet cloth to remove grease and dirt.
